Free caregiver wellness workshop offered by Life Adventure Center in Lexington

LEXINGTON, Ky. (ABC36 NEWS NOW) – Life Adventure Center is offering a free wellness workshop for caregivers later this month.

The event is designed to provide parents and caregivers with stress-relief and self-care tools to help manage the unique challenges of their role.

The workshop will take place Tuesday, Sept. 23, from noon to 1 p.m. at the Gatton Beaumont YMCA on Beaumont Center Circle.

Participants will learn how the body responds to stress, practice simple stress-relief techniques, and take time for a personal wellness check-in.
