Coconut and Pineapple Smoothie

Coconut and Pineapple Smoothie





Ingredients






  • 3/8 cup (40g) rolled oats




  • 6.7 ounces (200ml) unsweetened vanilla almond milk




  • 1/2 cup (100g) frozen pineapple chunks




  • 2 tablespoons (10g) unsweetened coconut flakes




  • 1/8 cup (15g) chopped pecans





Directions





Place all ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth and creamy. For a thicker texture, add additional oats and ice cubes, then blend again until well combined.





Serves: 1 | Serving size: 1 smoothie





Nutrition (per serving): Calories: 422; Total Fat: 25g; Saturated Fat: 10g; Monounsaturated Fat: 6g; Cholesterol: 0mg; Sodium: 160mg; Carbohydrates: 45g; Dietary Fiber: 9g; Sugar: 10g; Protein: 9g
